3. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are primarily designed for students in the Tokyo metropolitan area. While our website is accessible globally, certain services, such as in-person classes, are only available in specified locations. Online course offerings may have geographic restrictions based on regulatory or operational requirements.
4. Service Modifications and Updates
We continuously work to improve our services and may:

- • Modify website features and functionality
- • Introduce new services or discontinue existing ones
- • Adjust pricing and payment terms with appropriate notice

All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio files, course curricula, teaching materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to ParisBridge Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 2. License to Use Course Materials
Upon enrollment in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- • Access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- • Download materials designated for offline use
- • Make personal notes and study aids based on course content
This license terminates upon completion or termination of your course enrollment.
3. User-Generated Content
If you submit content to our website or share materials during courses (such as forum posts, assignments, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational and operational purposes. You retain ownership of your content but represent that you have the right to grant this license.
4. Trademark and Copyright Notices
"ParisBridge Academy" and associated logos are trademarks of ParisBridge Academy. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Processing
Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during enrollment. All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment according to our refund policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before start are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before start are non-refundable. Specific courses may have different cancellation policies as communicated at enrollment.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify course pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect courses for which you have already enrolled and paid. You will be notified of price changes before enrolling in future courses.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, language proficiency levels, or examination results. Individual learning progress depends on various factors including student effort, dedication, and aptitude.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParisBridge Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
